Konstantin has always know he wanted to get into film. He came to London to study, where we met. As the film industry does, it tests your resolve and infrastructure. He had to go back home to Germany to live in the family home, but from there nothing would stop him.

ps. A lesson for those starting off, minimise your outgoings so you can jump at any opportunity that gets handed to you. No point of having a 9-5 to pay for things you don't really need, to impress people you don't like, if your heart wants to get into the film game.

The first in the series where I talk to a non film person but whose job and expertise will improve us as people and as an industry.
When the industry is back up and running and we are all on set, Tim gives us some amazing tools to work more efficiently and holistically. Plus also ways to be able to keep our personal relationships at home strong and get back into the swing of going to Tescos after filming in a desert for 3 weeks on a hundred million film with loads of Hollywood celebs.

Jess has been lucky enough to be sniffing around film sets her whole life.
She has worked in commercials now since she was 16 and with 6 1/2 years of running experience under her belt she has started the transition to Assistant Directing.
Her admiration and love for Chris Kelly and Callbox is unquestionable, but don't ask her to hold a boom for sound for more then 20 minutes... it doesnt end well.

The Film and TV industry has come to a halt. With the new measure put into place yesterday, Monday 23rd March 2020, it is very difficult to allow a filming shoot to go ahead.
This new format will be chats with industry people going through the same things as each other, and I hope they become a useful source of information and positive messages.

COVD-19 is here, we are on a three week semi lockdown, it will go away and we will all be back to sweating the small stuff soon. In the mean time we're all good people trying to do good things.
