With a wealth of experience, after 15 years at Wieden + Kennedy's, Freddie Powell epitomises the drive and passion it takes to be successful in the creative industry.

 

His path to directing, I think, gives him a unique perspective to the role of director, especially in short form, and he has honed his pitch process to maximise the hit rate between pitching and winning the job.

 

From a family farm surrounded by creativity, to the Creative big smoke of Ad Land and all the way back round to his own family farm where he runs his own production company, DROOL, he is a man that knows what he wants, what he needs to achieve it and commits to making it happen.
